2. Subscriptions and Pro Features

The App offers a basic free tier and a premium tier ("No BS Weather Pro") available via an auto-renewing yearly subscription or a one-time "Lifetime" purchase.

• Billing: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Management: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase.

3. Accuracy of Data (The "No BS" Disclaimer)

While we strive to provide the most accurate "feels-like" temperature and weather summaries, meteorology is an inexact science.

• We rely on third-party APIs (like Apple Weather, Open-Meteo, NOAA, Tomorrow.io). We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this data.
• The AI summaries (whether Professional or Mega-Sarcastic) are generated for entertainment and informational purposes.
• Do not use this app for life-or-death decisions, severe weather survival, or aviation. We are not liable if you get caught in the rain without an umbrella because the app told you it was sunny.

4. Intellectual Property
